- Dim gray for offline peers — lights off visual
- Dim/bold red for blocked peers (offline/online)
- Dim/bold yellow for restricted peers (offline/online)
- online (blocked) / offline (blocked) verbose status
- LIST_VERBOSE_STATUS=false to revert to simple status
- Rule list: +0/-0 dimmed, 0 peers dimmed
- Summary includes group breakdown
